As an amateur chef and a contemporary artist working in music, I bring a unique perspective to this venture. Flavours of Madrid was born from my passion for sharing meaningful experiences that I deeply value—those that bring people together and celebrate the beauty of culture and gastronomy. My love for travelling, discovering new cuisines, techniques, and flavour combinations continuously inspires my work. These experiences enrich the narratives of Flavours of Madrid, shaping a project that is as much about cultural exchange as it is about gastronomy.
